Standard delivery time is 7–10 business days from the date of dispatch. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment. Please ensure your address details are correct, as we cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect information. During busy periods or holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you updated.

If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all packaging and tags intact. For hygiene reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return.
